Our goal is to keep your computer or device in your hands, where it does the most good. As you describe your issue, we'll recommend some common solutions that may solve your problem. If it's not possible to resolve your problem telephonically we can dispatch a technician to you, or you can bring it to our center in Benoni (East Rand) we'll assist you in submitting an online service request to deal with the direct owners of the products if your machines are still on warrantee.
